We have over 10 community guides, with a gym and home version for every guide, that provide structured training plans, 3 or 5 days per week, from beginner through to advanced lifting guides, so there is the right guide for everyone. I add a new guide every eight weeks so there is always a fresh guide to join with myself and many other girls on the same journey as you!

The Balance Nutrition Guide is the ultimate nutrition guide, written with all my favourite meals, this guide aims to prove that you never have to miss out on any of your favourite foods to progress with your fitness goals.
