I'm Anna, a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. My own fitness journey started out with restrictive dieting, excessive cardio and a lot of negative self-talk. Through lifting, I’ve learnt to fuel my body without restriction, celebrate my strength and build true belief in myself. Following my absolute love for food, fitness and female empowerment I have founded Every Strength.
My mission is to support women who are tired of restrictive dieting and chasing 'skinny' to find empowerment through food freedom and lifting; falling in love with strong. We will work together to build muscle focussing on body recomposition, understand female nutrition for strength and overall health without calorie counting or macro-tracking, and overcome all negative self-talk.
You will receive weekly 1-1 check-ins, personalised strength programs, coaching on female nutrition and healthy habit creation all delivered via my app. Fitness is for life, not just an 8-week 'shred' so we do this in the most balanced and sustainable way possible, without any calorie counting, weighing scales or excessive time in the gym, to ensure every change we make is here to stay.

Your initial consultation is an opportunity to get to know each other, understand your goals and work out the best plan for you.
We will have a follow-up call to discuss in more detail your longterm goals, and your lifestyle, working together to develop the best strategy to support you. We will onboard you as a client and answer any questions you may have.
You will receive a personalised training plan, nutrition program and daily habits from me through our app tailored to achieve your individual goals.
You will have weekly check-ins with me where I will monitor your progress, provide you with support and give you feedback. We will make any adjustments needed to your program to ensure it works for you and you see the best results. I'll also be available via Whatsapp everyday for anything you need!
Through hard work and my ongoing support, you will start to feel stronger, overcome your restrictive habits and build your self-belief. You will finish looking and feeling the best you ever have!
Our one-to-one coaching works on a monthly subscription basis so you will continue to receive personalised workout and nutrition plans alongside my full support all the way through your journey! We also offer an app subscription which has all my favourite guides and nutrition plans with new ones added every couple of months!
Your program will be personally tailored to you, your goals and your ability, ensuring you reach the next stage of your fitness journey in the best way for you, whether you are seasoned gym-goer or a complete beginner. We will track your progress and continue to adjust your plan to suit your needs.
All programs are designed with progressive overload, a scientifically proven method of training that guarantees you will get stronger over time. Designed in 4-week phases, our plans avoids over-repetition and plateau, and are tailored each week depending on your progress.
All fitness and nutrition plans will be delivered directly through our app. You will be able to record and track progress to ensure you are achieving your goals. We also offer a subscription where you can access all of our workout and meal plans with new programs each month.
Elevate your training and optimise your nutrition for body recomposition and transformation. We will ensure you build muscle to look and feel fab, create a healthy relationship with food and overcome your limiting beliefs and self-doubt.
You will benefit from one-to-one check-ins each week with me where you will receive support and advice. I'll also be available via Whatsapp everyday.
We believe in a balanced lifestyle and know how important it is to find a plan that achieves your goals without getting in the way of life. Our plans can be adjusted on a weekly basis to fit around your schedule.
